Introduction

We welcome your ideas and suggestions for features to enhance backorder.com. We love receiving them, and where possible, we try to accommodate feature requests.

Sometimes it's just not possible to implement a requested feature, but we certainly consider each one, and you don't know until you ask!

Making a feature request

To submit a feature request, please send an email to: [email protected]. Be sure to include;

• As much detail as possible about your feature idea
• Examples of use cases to illustrate your need for the feature
• Screenshots and/or attachments if necessary.

I've submitted a feature request. What happens next?

Once your request has been reviewed, we'll reach out to discuss your feature in more detail, or highlight an existing feature that we have that closely matches your suggestion. We can work with you to determine how we can enhance any features that already exist, or timeframes for implementation of your suggestion.

We cannot accommodate all feature requests, but we will assist as best we can to help support our users.
